ARLINGTON, Texas — Cade Muldrow is new to the motorcoach industry, but the company he now leads has more than five decades of experience behind it.
Dan Dipert Coaches named Muldrow general manager Aug. 31, bringing a third generation of the Dipert family into leadership. His wife, Zoe Dipert-Muldrow, is founder Dan Dipert’s granddaughter.
The company’s history and reputation helped draw Muldrow to the job.
“It’s not like a startup where you’re coming in trying to figure out whether it works,” Muldrow said. “There’s a big foundation in the community and the industry with this company.”

He comes to the Arlington-based business with a background in sales, leadership and operations. At Milwaukee Tool/Techtronic Industries, he most recently managed a $40 million sales territory and led 13 sales representatives, according to the company. He also worked with its national accounts team.
Now, he is getting to know the people and work behind the company’s 14-coach operation.
“We’re fortunate enough to have drivers, staff, and mentors with decades of experience, and that’s incredible,” Muldrow said.
‘Seamless experience’
About three weeks into the job at the time of the interview, he was struck by how closely the different parts of the business work together.
“Everything from sales, dispatch, drivers, maintenance, customer service, all of them are so interconnected, and what the customer sees is a pretty seamless experience,” he said.
That coordination is one of the things he likes about his new industry.
“So it’s pretty cool how everything works together to give that experience to the customer,” Muldrow said.
Dan Dipert founded the company in Arlington in 1972 as a small travel agency. It added bus operations in 1980 and now serves schools, businesses, churches, collegiate and professional sports teams.
His daughter, Autumn Dipert Brown, is the company’s second-generation owner. She said Muldrow brings experience that will help the business move into its next generation.
“His proven sales leadership and management experience bring the skills and perspective we have been seeking as we guide Dan Dipert Coaches into its third generation,” Brown said.
Dipert said he was pleased with his daughter’s choice.
“She has chosen not only someone highly qualified, but also someone who will carry the family legacy of service to our North Texas community,” he said.
Muldrow will oversee daily operations and customer relationships. His early weeks have focused on listening and learning from those who know the business.
The company belongs to the United Motorcoach Association and International Motorcoach Group. Muldrow plans to participate in industry events as he gets settled.
“I plan to participate in the wider industry just like my predecessors did. I’m proud of the industry legacy they have established.” he said. “The last weeks I’ve been doing a lot of learning, a lot of listening, and planning for the future to benefit our employees, customers and community.”
