BALTIMORE — The Maryland Motorcoach Association has elected two new members to its board of directors, adding industry and leadership experience.
David Han, founder of Hans Travel, and Ronald Elijah Williams, founder of Bearon Coach Transportation Services, were selected to join the board, the association announced.
Han brings decades of experience in travel and motorcoach services, having entered the industry in 1986. His company provides customized travel and transportation services, particularly serving the Korean American community in the Washington metropolitan area, as well as broader East Coast tour operations. His background also includes work with Korean Air in Chicago and the 2017 acquisition of Worldwide Tours and Travel.

Han brings decades of experience in travel and motorcoach services, having entered the industry in 1986. Han is an active member of several industry organizations, including the American Bus Association, United Motorcoach Association and Student & Youth Travel Association.
Williams, a military veteran and retired federal government official, leads a veteran-owned transportation company operating across the United States and Canada. His firm is certified in Maryland as a veteran-owned, small, minority-owned business and is recognized for its focus on safety and customer service.
He brings more than 40 years of leadership experience, including two decades in the military and two decades in federal service. His expertise spans transportation, engineering, contracting and program management. Williams holds degrees in engineering and managerial leadership.
Association President Tim Wilson said the additions will help guide the organization’s future.
“Their diverse backgrounds, proven leadership, and dedication to safety and service will play an important role in guiding our association forward,” Wilson said.
The Maryland Motorcoach Association promotes the motorcoach industry through advocacy, education and collaboration, working with members to strengthen safety standards and expand the visibility of motorcoach travel in the region.
