Distinctive Systems Inc. has promoted Jason Fenske to Director of Support and Training Services for the coach, bus and tour software company.
Fenske is replacing Bob Hopwood, who will transition to a new position dedicated to managing special projects and software implementation planning.
Fenske brings more than 15 years of motorcoach experience at Badger Bus Lines and five years working with Distinctive Systems under Hopwood as a member of its support and Implementation team.
Fenske will be responsible for managing and growing customer support services provided to more than 350 North American clients using Distinctive System’s Coach Manager, its tour booking system, and its vehicle maintenance system.
Hopwood to maintain a role
“It’s exciting times at Distinctive Systems, as this change has been expected for quite some time,” Hopwood said in statement announcing the promotion. “To begin working now on the transition to special projects while maintaining an active role with our Support Team allows us to be positioned strongly for the future of our software.”
Hopwood will still be involved with implementations, training and support to Distinctive Systems clients. Direct management will be passed to Fenske.
