UMA EXPO Opening, Legislative & Regulatory Update, and UMA Active Member Meeting Monday, Jan. 7, 8:30-11 a.m. Attendees will be brought up to speed on key federal legislative and regulatory initiatives during the Legislative & Regulatory Update. This will be followed by UMA’s annual membership meeting where you can hear updates from the leaders of your association. Thank you to our opening session sponsor, Motor Coach Industries.
UMA Luncheon and Keynote, Monday, Jan. 7, 12:30 p.m. Learn “UnMarketing” from UMA Luncheon keynote speaker Scott Stratten. He will speak on ways to win over consumers by unlearning strategies that do not work. Stratten has a proven record of motivating and entertaining audiences ranging from Fortune 500 companies to national business associations that enthusiastically attest to the value of his unique insights and the strength of his business advice. The Luncheon also gives attendees the opportunity to enjoy lunch together while conversing about the latest industry news, technologies and shared experiences as players in the industry.
UMA EXPO Sneak Preview After-Party, Monday, Jan. 7, 7-10 p.m. Join us after the Sneak Preview for our After-Party on the beach! There will be delicious food including an authentic pig roast, fire dancers, beach bonfires, great music and more. Come dressed for the beach when you come to the sneak preview of the exhibit hall, so you can head straight to the beach party from there. We’ll be partying in the sand and feeling the ocean breeze so plan and dress accordingly. We can’t wait!
UMA Leadership Awards Celebration and Cigars & Cordials, Tuesday, Jan. 8, 6:30 p.m. Come and toast the industry’s finest at UMA’s Leadership Awards Celebration, where we will recognize the brightest in the motorcoach industry. The evening will conclude with the ever-popular cigars and cordials sponsored by Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC (BATO) as well as live entertainment. Dress attire is business casual.
