FLORENCE, Ky. — The National Association of Motorcoach Operators (NAMO) will hold its 2027 Annual Convention & Marketplace on Aug. 15-18 at the Hilton Cincinnati Airport in Florence, Kentucky.
The association’s board selected Florence following recent convention successes. The four-day event will bring together motorcoach operators, manufacturers, suppliers, tourism professionals, and transportation leaders from across the United States for educational sessions, networking, and business development opportunities.

“We are excited to welcome our members and industry partners to the Cincinnati Region in 2027,” said NAMO Chairperson Marcia Milton. “Florence offers outstanding facilities, exceptional hospitality, and access to some of the region’s most popular attractions, making it an ideal destination for both business and leisure.”
Located near downtown Cincinnati and the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, Florence offers convenient access for attendees traveling to the convention.
Educational sessions will focus on issues affecting the motorcoach industry, including safety, regulatory compliance, workforce development, operations, marketing, emerging technologies, and legislative advocacy.
The United Motorcoach Association will participate as a featured speaker, providing updates on federal legislation, regulatory issues, advocacy efforts, and emerging industry trends.
The convention will also feature a Marketplace with manufacturers, suppliers, service providers and tourism organizations showcasing products and services for the motorcoach industry. Additional events include networking receptions and business meetings.
Attendees will also have opportunities to visit regional attractions, including the Ark Encounter, the Creation Museum, and destinations throughout the Cincinnati region.
Registration, hotel information, sponsorship opportunities and exhibitor details will be announced in the coming months.
