ANCHORAGE, Alaska — John Hall’s Alaska has hired five new employees in operations, partnerships, and marketing as the company expands its services and prepares for future growth.
The Anchorage-based tour company said the additions are intended to strengthen its operations and enhance customer experience across its Alaska and international travel offerings.
“Each individual brings experience to key roles in the John Hall’s Alaska team for the overall success of the organization and confidence from all JHA guests, clients and partners,” said Elizabeth Hall, president of John Hall’s Alaska. “As we look ahead to 2027 and beyond, we are excited to share their experience and expertise with guests and are confident that each of these new team members will play an instrumental role in elevating every aspect of the John Hall’s Alaska experience for our guests and partners alike.”

New hires
Erica Gindele was named director of tour operations. She will oversee tour operations, partnerships and product development, with a focus on maintaining brand standards and guest experience.
Jeremy Schuler joined as director of strategic accounts and partnerships. A former owner of an Alaska small-group tour company, Schuler will manage charter partnerships, develop relationships and design custom tour products.
Haley Walleser was appointed director of motorcoach and charter operations. She brings nearly 15 years of experience in Alaska tourism and will oversee charter and group partnerships, as well as contracts for Alaska and Minnesota operations.
Brian Teague joined as director of art production. He will lead brand identity and creative efforts, including catalog production, website design and social media visuals.
Emily Burton was named social media and content producer. She will manage the company’s social media channels, written content, and guest communications.
The hires come as the company undergoes a leadership transition. Elizabeth Hall will serve as CEO and president, while Joe Hall will serve as chief financial officer and chief operating officer. John Hall III will serve as president and chair of the board for the company’s parent organization.
Founded in 1983, John Hall’s Alaska offers guided tours throughout Alaska, the Yukon, and the Canadian Rockies, with itineraries that include travel by land, rail, air, and sea.
