MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Carolina Limousine & Coach has been named to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s CO—100 list of America’s top 100 small businesses.
The transportation company, owned by Joe and Gillian Reinhardt, was selected from more than 12,000 applicants. Judges evaluated businesses based on growth, innovative strategies, and commitment to customers, according to the chamber.
“This award represents the intensity of our team, always giving 110%,” said Joe Reinhardt, the company’s owner and founder. “Without them, this award would not be possible.”

Founded in 2007, Carolina Limousine & Coach provides luxury ground transportation for weddings, corporate events and group travel. Its fleet includes sedans, SUVs, minibuses, limo coaches and motorcoaches. The company is based in Myrtle Beach, with offices in Charleston and Columbia, South Carolina.
The CO—100 program is run by the chamber and CO—, its digital platform for small businesses. This year’s honorees represent 36 states and Washington, D.C.
Joe and Gillian Reinhardt plan to attend recognition events Oct. 19-21 at the chamber’s headquarters in Washington. The events include the Small Business Forum and an awards dinner.
At the dinner, 10 businesses will receive $2,000 each for achievements across 10 categories. One company will be named the CO—100 Top Business of 2026 and receive $25,000.
Each honoree also receives a one-year paid chamber membership, national exposure and access to business resources and networking opportunities.
“Small businesses embody the spirit of opportunity that drives America’s economy forward. This year’s CO—100 honorees are solving problems, creating jobs, and strengthening their communities in remarkable ways,” said Jeanette Mulvey, vice president and editor-in-chief of CO—. “Their success stories remind us that when entrepreneurs have the freedom to innovate and grow, the impact extends far beyond their own businesses.”
