Industry veterans Webber and Yavuz join BEST-VIP

SANTA ANA, Calif.—BEST-VIP Chauffeured Worldwide of Orange County, California, continues to grow its Motorcoach and Group Destination Support Team with the hiring of Brian Webber as the new Director of Business Development and Hakan Yavuz as the new Director of Bus Operations, both veterans of the motorcoach transportation industry.

Robert Vaughan, Founder of BEST-VIP stated in a press release, “Our coach business has been steadily growing since 2008 and with the integration and acquisition of our nearest competitor more than three years ago, we needed to add some depth to position ourselves for our next growth stage. Brian is already helping us grow the sales side, while Hakan is bringing new safety, efficiency and regulatory experience.”

Brian is a native of Southern California with over 20 years’ experience in motorcoach transportation. For a decade, Brian led the Western Region sales development for Coach America, and over the past six years has held the title of Director of Sales for the largest motorcoach supplier in San Diego. “Robert, Todd and their staff have done a great job establishing a culture dedicated to safety, quality and dedication to customer service. The service level here is over the top and I am confident my clients are going to love the quality of service we provide,” stated Brian.

Hakan, a native of Istanbul, has lived in Southern California for more than 15 years. During that time, he was the Director of Operations for the seventh largest motorcoach company in the United States. “I love motorcoaches and working with the drivers, but at BEST-VIP they are not just drivers, they are true chauffeurs.  I am excited to work here with what Robert Vaughan has built,” said Haken, who prides himself on being efficient while focusing on maximizing fleet utilization. He’s also extremely familiar with CHP, DOT and FMCSA regulations, which will help of tremendous value to the BEST-VIP team.
