NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Dreamliner Luxury Coaches, one of the largest full-service entertainment transportation companies in the U.S., has opened a new 5,000-square-foot facility on the Rock Lititz campus in Lititz, Pennsylvania.
The expansion positions the company as the only luxury coach provider with a dedicated presence at the renowned production community.

“Dreamliner’s new facility in Lititz allows us to further integrate within the production space and enhance the full experience we offer touring clients,” said Rich Thomson, Dreamliner’s founder and CEO. “This new location is a major step in our continued growth and ensures our clients in the Northeast region receive the same white glove service we’re known for nationwide.”
Dreamliner joins top industry vendors and production powerhouses at Rock Lititz that include Clair Global, Rock-it Cargo, Tait, 4Wall, and Fuse Technical Group. The community is a one-stop shop for the live event industry, providing end-to-end services for artists and crews preparing for national and global tours.
“Rock Lititz is a community designed to promote innovation and collaboration within live entertainment,” said Andrea Shirk, President and CEO of Rock Lititz and Rock Nashville. “Dreamliner Luxury Coaches shares a clear commitment to care and support for our industry. We can’t wait to welcome their team to our campus, and know our crews will be thrilled to see Dreamliner represented here at Rock Lititz.”
‘We’re right there’
For Thomson, the Lititz facility reflects one of Dreamliner’s most significant leaps forward since acquiring Hemphill Brothers Coach Company.
“Post-Hemphill, this is a big one,” Thomson said. “It really puts us in direct alignment with the Rock Lititz community and the key players touching the largest tours – Clair Global, Tait, Rock-it Cargo, Fuse. Now that we’re right there with them, it allows for deeper collaboration and a more relationship-driven approach to our business.”

More than 50% of Dreamliner’s clients pass through Rock Lititz during tour preparation. The new facility will provide leasing and administrative services, on-site drivers, coach maintenance, and expanded support offerings – all without crews needing to leave the campus.
Dreamliner’s vision has evolved alongside its rapid growth. While the Nashville company began as a luxury bus provider, Thomson said it now serves as a full-scale logistics partner for major artists and event producers.
“We’re not just a coach bus company,” he said. “We’re the transportation provider for our clients. That means trucks, trailers for production equipment, buses – we offer the full solution for any big tour.”
While some smaller companies offer both buses and trucking services, Thomson said none operate at Dreamliner’s scale.
“There are a few out there dabbling in more than just buses, but no one comes close in terms of scale—on either the trucking or bus side,” he said.
Broadening its business
The company is also expanding into new verticals beyond the music industry. Dreamliner is supporting theatrical tours, corporate events, and major sports productions, with growing interest from racing teams and networks covering NASCAR, IndyCar, and Formula 1.
“Most of the world doesn’t know they can lease the same high-end, custom Prevo that a pop star just used,” Thomson said. “You don’t have to spend millions—you can lease from us for a month, a year, or more. There’s a huge market for that.”
Dreamliner remains committed to collaboration and sees opportunities to partner with other operators across the U.S.

“The industry needs people to collaborate,” Thomson said. “Even with our fleet fully out on lease, there’s more demand than we can handle. We’re always looking for good partners, whether it’s music touring or something else. If we can help or someone needs support, call us.”
Dreamliner, headquartered in Nashville, also operates facilities in Denver and Fontana, California. The company’s custom-designed luxury coaches have supported top-tier artists including Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, and Elton John, as well as major theatrical and film productions.
When asked what advice he’d give to other operators or the next generation entering the business, Thomson emphasized perseverance and integrity.
“Don’t let anyone tell you it can’t be done,” he said. “Be willing to make the call, ask the question, and do the right thing. Your reputation will speak for itself. Run a good business with high character and high integrity.”
