“We are thrilled to welcome Bill Crary to our team,” said Aaron Haid, President of Queen City Transportation in Cincinnati, Ohio. “His strong leadership skills, strategic mindset and deep understanding of the industry will undoubtedly contribute to our ongoing success.”

Crary will play a role in overseeing all aspects of transportation operations, including route planning, fleet management, and safety and training.

“I am honored to join the Queen City Transportation family and be part of a company that prides itself on delivering exceptional transportation solutions,” Crary said. “I look forward to collaborating with the team to continue enhancing our operations and providing top-notch services to our clients.”

Crary also serves on the Board of Directors for the Midwest Bus and Motorcoach Association.

Queen City Transportation started as Klug Bus Service in 1959. In 2014, Haid bought the company, changed its name to Queen City Transportation and began expanding its school bus and motorcoach fleet and workforce.

Birmingham, England-based bus and motor coach operator National Express purchased Queen City Transportation at the end of 2017, but Haid repurchased the Queen City motor coach division from National Express in January 2021.
