After six months of construction, Bailey Coach unveiled a new 15,500-square-foot office and maintenance facility in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania.
This is the fourth move for the third-generation business, previously located in York. The company invested nearly $2 million to renovate the former trucking garage. One amenity is the radiant heated floors in the wash bay, designed to keep temperatures at a steady 60 degrees regardless of the season, said President John Bailey.
The company, which has 65 employees, began as a travel agency in 1949 and expanded into motorcoaches 20 years ago.
