Trailways announces new partnership with Salt Lake Express

Trailways has announced a new partnership with Salt Lake Express, a shuttle service company operating along the northern I-15 corridor. The new alliance will bring Salt Lake Express’ growing list of destinations to the Trailways digital sales platform online at Trailways.com and Trailways.ca.

“We are incredibly excited to work with Jacob Price and the entire team at Salt Lake Express to combine our product offerings,” said Alex Berardi, President of Trailways.com and Trailways.ca. “Beginning this week, customers will be able to purchase travel seamlessly from the 48 states and three Canadian provinces we currently offer online to each of the 85 unique destinations Salt Lake Express calls home.”

Service throughout the West

Salt Lake Express serves major American cities including Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and Seattle, connecting southern Utah, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Washington and Wyoming along the way. Travel options will include routes such as Boise to Reno or Las Vegas to Salt Lake City, as well as longer trips such as Seattle to Chicago or Spokane to Louisville on Trailways digital sales channels.

Customers can expect the same features that Trailways offers, such as ticket rebooking, refundable or cancellable fares, and phone or online customer care support.

The new partnership follows Salt Lake Express’ recent acquisition of Northwestern Stage Lines in 2022, which is itself a Trailways partner of over 30 years. Tickets will be available online at Trailways.com and Trailways.ca beginning Aug. 18, with prices starting at $17.
