Toronto Bus Co. Ltd. (TBCL) has acquired the local tour service providers All About Toronto and All About Niagara in a move to expand its reach in the tourism sector.
The acquisition will combine TBCL’s extensive transportation network with the expertise of the tour companies, which are known for their guided tours of Toronto and Niagara Falls.

Founded in 2001, TBCL is a leader in corporate and group transportation in the Greater Toronto area.
The tour companies, led by Kevin Sturdy, have been a staple in local tourism for more than 30 years. Their team of guides celebrate Canada’s culture, history, and natural beauty.
