TEMSA reveals the road ahead with new motorcoach features at 2025 EXPO

OKLAHOMA CITY – TEMSA debuted its latest motorcoach updates at the 2025 UMA Motorcoach EXPO, held Feb. 20-23 in Oklahoma City. New CEO Evren Guzel was present to meet attendees and share the company’s vision for the future.

Following a record-breaking year in 2023, TEMSA achieved its highest sales figures in company history in 2024. Guzel attributed the company’s success to its customer-centric approach.

“I’m incredibly proud of the company’s growth,” she said. “This success is only possible by keeping our customer at the center—understanding their needs and responding to them effectively. Events like this are invaluable, as they offer the perfect opportunity to engage with our operators and customers.”

The Turkish company foresees continued expansion this year and beyond.

“The market is expanding, and we keep capturing more market share,” said Fatih Kozan, TEMSA’s Managing Director for North America. “We made significant gains in 2024 and are eager to build on this momentum in 2025.”

‘Extraordinary’ updates

TEMSA’s latest innovations focus on enhancing its coaches, particularly in interior design and functionality.

“The cosmetic updates on this coach are extraordinary,” said National Sales Manager Randy Angell. “We started in 2014, and the changes we’ve made up to the 2025 model year have streamlined both the exterior and now the interior.”

Key updates include a redesigned modesty panel, a new entrance, multi-color interior lighting options, a new restroom, a redesigned dashboard with an integrated backup camera, improved access in the wheelchair door area, and improved sunshades for drivers. Newly designed mirrors elevate the vehicle’s aesthetics and safety, he said, and an e-mirror option enhances the driver’s visibility.

“These features truly make this coach look outstanding,” Angell said.

At the recent UMA EXPO, TEMSA showcased three models: the TS30, TS35, and TS45.

“We offer both electric and diesel options for our 45-foot, 56-passenger vehicle, which features a shared design and component commonality,” Kozan explained.

While demand for electric vehicles continues to rise, diesel models remain a critical part of the market.

“Electric is a growing segment, but offering both options ensures we meet diverse customer needs,” Kozan noted.

A standout at the EXPO was the TS30, a 34-passenger motorcoach designed for urban environments and specialized routes.

“This model is a game-changer in the 30-to-40 passenger segment,” said Kozan. “Unlike cutaway models, the TS30 is a true motorcoach built on a monocoque chassis, ensuring a lifespan of 15 years.”

Guzel highlighted the significance of smaller buses in the North American market.

“The U.S. market has traditionally been accustomed to 45-foot coaches,” she explained. “But through our interactions with customers, we started to see a growing demand for a 30-foot vehicle. We moved quickly to respond, launching the TS30 — our newest model and the first of its size in the market.

“It’s not just about listening; it’s about acting swiftly on what we hear. That’s part of what defines TEMSA—our ability to turn feedback into action, fast. It’s in our DNA.”

TEMSA continues to focus on optimizing total cost of ownership through thoughtful design.

“We prioritize fuel efficiency, residual value in the secondary market, and ease of serviceability,” Kozan said. “This commitment extends across North America and globally. We care about our customers and their long-term success.”
