SAINTE-CLAIRE, Quebec -- Prevost has updated its online parts ordering and warranty websites with a new design.

The new-look sites coordinate with the Prevost corporate website and include enhanced e-commerce features. Prevost says its online parts ordering process is the most advanced and customer-focused system in the motorcoach world.

The site offers 24/7 ordering, including emergency parts, with an online discount.

Additionally, it makes parts identification, placement of orders, and order shipping and tracking convenient and easy, the company says.

Prevosts computerized parts catalog provides immediate access to all coach assemblies, subassemblies and components. The catalog can "explode" any aspect/component of the coach.

The system includes all Prevost coaches dating back to 1980 down to the "nuts and bolts."

Prevost offers same-day shipping of stock parts anywhere in the U.S. and Canada for orders received before 2 p.m.

The Prevost online warranty system provides warranty claim management and vehicle information. It features claim submission and reporting, vehicle ownership change, vehicle standard and extended warranty information, and outstanding bulletins and recalls.

The warranty section of the Prevost corporate website also includes warranty policies, engine standard and extended warranty policies, warranty procedures, and a listing of the Prevost warranty department team.

Earlier this year, Prevost revamped its corporate website -- https://www.prevostcar.com.

The site updates are designed to provide an improved user interface with easily navigated menus and accessible links. The site also includes quick links to Prevost Parts promotions and on-line parts ordering, the on-line warranty tool, and Prevost Liaison telematics system.

Additionally, there is information about and photographs of Prevost coaches, the Volvo D13 engine, and Prevost AWARE adaptive cruise braking.

Posted on the site is information about tuition-free service training, links to an archive of vehicle technical publications, Prevost webinars, and contact information for a host of Prevost sales, service and customer support personnel and units.

The Prevost site is available in English and French.
