EASTON, Pa. — The Pennsylvania Bus Association has selected Explore York as the host destination for its 2027 annual conference, the group announced.
The conference is scheduled for June 21–24, 2027, and will be headquartered at Heritage Hills Resort in York, Pennsylvania. Organizers said the venue offers modern meeting space, scenic surroundings and convenient access for members.
Explore York was chosen following a competitive bid process. Association officials cited the organization’s partnership approach, support services, and the range of experiences available in York County as key factors in the decision.

“York County delivers the perfect combination of accessibility, affordability, and authentic experiences,” said Pattie Cowley, executive director of the Pennsylvania Bus Association. “We are excited to partner with Explore York to create a dynamic and engaging conference.”
Located in south-central Pennsylvania, York County is within reach by motorcoach or car of major markets such as Harrisburg, Baltimore, and Philadelphia. Organizers said the area offers opportunities for networking beyond conference sessions, including historical, cultural, and culinary attractions.
Heritage Hills Resort will be both the host hotel and conference venue. It has more than 15,000 square feet of meeting space, multiple event rooms, on-site dining, and resort-style amenities.
Explore York plans to support the event with programming that will include dining experiences, off-site events, and tours highlighting regional attractions.
“We are excited to welcome the Pennsylvania Bus Association to York County for their 2027 annual conference,” said Laura Wagner, president of Explore York. “We look forward to introducing attendees to our community and everything the region has to offer.”
The association said registration is still open for its 2026 annual conference, June 22–25, at Kalahari Resorts & Convention Center in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.
