DURHAM, N.C. — The North Carolina Motorcoach Association (NCMA) and Virginia Motorcoach Association (VMA) will host their 2027 Regional Meeting Aug. 8-12 at the JB Duke Hotel in Durham, bringing together motorcoach operators, suppliers, tourism professionals and industry leaders from across the region.
The annual conference will feature educational sessions, networking events, supplier exhibits, and industry discussions focused on challenges and opportunities facing the motorcoach industry.
“Our Regional Meeting has become one of the most anticipated opportunities for members to reconnect, learn from one another, and build relationships that extend well beyond the conference,” said Mary Presley, executive director of NCMA and VMA. “Every year we strive to create an experience that delivers practical education, meaningful networking, and real value for every attendee.”
Conference organizers said Durham’s growing reputation as a destination, combined with the JB Duke Hotel’s meeting facilities, makes it an ideal host city.
A key component of the meeting will be presentations from the United Motorcoach Association, which will provide updates on federal legislation, regulatory developments, advocacy efforts, and industry trends.
The conference also will include a Regional Marketplace featuring tourism organizations, equipment manufacturers, technology providers, and service companies offering products and services tailored to motorcoach operators.
Registration information, sponsorship opportunities, exhibitor details and the full conference agenda will be announced later.
