RALEIGH, N.C. — Mary Presley has been appointed executive director of the North Carolina Motorcoach Association, the organization announced Tuesday.

Presley brings more than 15 years of management experience and a 25-year career in the transportation sector. She is president of M Presley Group LLC, where she specializes in cost-effective management strategies for associations within the motorcoach industry.
She began her career as sales director at a family-owned restaurant and inn before moving into transportation association management. At M Presley Group, she has focused on using shared resources and centralized operations to strengthen financial sustainability and drive innovation.
As executive director of the NCMA, Presley said she plans to expand educational programs for members, including training on safety regulations, operational best practices, and industry trends. Her priorities also include creating more networking opportunities and partnering with educational institutions to expand professional development resources.
“Mary’s dedication to advancing education and growth within the motorcoach industry makes her an exceptional fit for this position,” said Melissa Jones, president of Christian Tours & Burke International Tours and president of the NCMA board. “Her leadership will guide our members through change and toward new opportunities for success.”
Presley said she is committed to helping the association remain a vital resource. “I am honored to lead the NCMA and am eager to collaborate with our members to elevate our industry standards,” she said. “Together, we will focus on fostering growth and ensuring that motorcoach travel remains safe, reliable, and enjoyable for everyone in North Carolina.”
