ABC Companies spotlights retail parts center during open house

The facility will provide access to operators throughout Northern California

Newark, Calif.–The new Service and Parts Center of ABC Companies was the venue for more than 100 guests, including local and national tour, charter and shuttle operators. Attendees savored local fare and enjoyed refreshments during the open house and could partake in guided tours of the new facility as well as attend presentations from on-staff experts and industry vendors.

The company’s new one-stop destination for robust fleet services was designed to cover every aspect of equipment care and maintenance for large and small operators. The 30,000 square foot facility offers two acres of well-lit, landscaped parking available for lease for operators; state-of-the-art diagnostics, maintenance, collision, repair and vehicle care; 14 service bays; axle alignment; complete tire service and balancing; full paint booth and body shop; comfortable driver’s lounge complete with entertainment options, a workout area, refreshments and more; and a 6,000 square foot parts warehouse and distribution center, with extensive inventory available for counter pickup or shipping.

Customers can expect fast, efficient service by ABC’s highly trained staff of technicians, parts specialists and customer service professionals under the guidance of Bryan O’Connell, ABC General Manager & Senior Vice President for the Western Region. “Our technical and parts expertise is second to none, and together with our on-site parts warehouse we can help customers improve fleet performance by accelerating repair and service turnaround times,” said O’Connell.

“This new location has been designed around our customers’ needs by providing support and services that can be scaled to their unique requirements,” stated Roman Cornell. While the tech-sector demand for employee shuttle programs at nearby Silicon Valley campuses will benefit from this new location, Mr. Cornell added that a full range of large and small operators can utilize the one-stop facility for all of their service, maintenance and technical needs.

“Decades of servicing both large and small operations keep us true to our mission — being here for all customers, when and where they need us,” added Dane Cornell, ABC Chief Executive Officer.
