The Springfield-based company said the move reflects its continued commitment to affordable and customer-friendly travel.

“Peter Pan has always led with innovation and a commitment to our riders,” said Peter A. Picknelly, CEO of Peter Pan Bus Lines. “Unlike other sites, when you book directly with us, you get the lowest price guaranteed with no fees. It’s the better way to travel.”

The change applies to all routes and destinations served by Peter Pan, including major cities such as Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Providence, Baltimore, Washington, and over 100 other locations across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

The company, which is celebrating its 92nd anniversary this year, said eliminating booking fees is the latest step in its effort to modernize and improve intercity travel. Peter Pan has invested in upgraded onboard amenities, including free Wi-Fi, power outlets, and real-time bus tracking.

Founded in 1933, Peter Pan Bus Lines is a third-generation, family-owned company and one of the largest privately owned motorcoach carriers in the country. It holds the highest safety ratings from the U.S. Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Defense.
