When Mark Szyperski discovered some clients needed help communicating with Spanish-speaking employees and passengers, he expanded his business to serve that demand.
His firm, On Your Mark Transportation, now offers customized videos in Spanish and Spanish translation of written materials to its passenger ground transportation clients.
“We are continuously looking for ways to help our clients find solutions to issues they face in their day-to-day operations,” said Szyperski, On Your Mark Transportation President and CEO, in a statement announcing the new service. “Having the ability to communicate directly to an essential sector of the employee and passenger market was a problem we felt we could offer a solution to.”
Customized to fit clients’ needs
The transportation consulting firm also offers a variety of training, marketing and social media videos to its clients. Each company’s video production can be customized to fit the client’s needs.
“From explaining to the passenger how to evacuate the vehicle in an emergency, to where an employee should go in bad weather conditions, these videos need to be made in Spanish as well, in order to reach all customers and clients,” Szyperski said. “We can come to our client’s location or re-create it with pictures or videos supplied by the client.”
The Nashville company’s new service extends to translating written materials to Spanish, whether that’s employee manuals or flyers.
