Motor Coach Industries, a subsidiary of NFI Group Inc. and a leading motorcoach provider in North America, has expanded its service capabilities in Southern California with the opening of a new full-service facility in Torrance.
To mark the occasion, MCI hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on May 1 at the 35,000-square-foot center.

“This new location expands our reach and enhances support for customers in one of the nation’s most active transportation corridors,” says Michael Donner, Director of MCI Service Centers. “With advanced capabilities and a strong local team, we’re delivering the expert service our customers rely on.”

The Torrance service center is led by Service Manager Tony Molina and features 12 service bays, a high-voltage repair station with 60kW charging infrastructure, OEM diagnostic tools, and factory-trained technicians. Additional offerings include body and paint work, refurbishment, fire restoration, and general repairs. Drivers also have access to a dedicated lounge equipped with Wi-Fi, refreshments, and comfortable seating.
Open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time, the facility supports all NFI Group brands, including MCI, New Flyer, ARBOC, and Alexander Dennis vehicles. Service appointments can be scheduled by calling 909-240-7211.

The Torrance site joins MCI’s growing network of seven full-service centers across North America, offering diagnostics, estimates, and a six-month warranty on parts and labor. The facility also provides access to 24/7 roadside assistance and parts from NFI Parts, the largest bus and motorcoach parts supplier in North America.
