Celebrity Coaches has acquired BandWagon RV Rentals, expanding its fleet to more than 120 vehicles and broadening its transportation offerings for touring artists, crews, and managers.
The acquisition, announced last week, allows the Nashville-based luxury transportation provider to serve a wider range of clients, from emerging acts to established performers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“By bringing together two leaders in entertainment transportation, we’re setting a new standard for the industry,” said Mike Comegna, CEO of Celebrity Coaches, in a statement.

“From emerging artists to established acts, we now provide tailored solutions for every stage of a performer’s career.”
Celebrity Coaches, which started in 2005, provides luxury transportation for the entertainment industry, professional sports teams, and high-profile clients. Based in Hendersonville, Tennessee, the company operates a fleet of more than 60 Prevost buses and trailers with premium interiors and cutting-edge technology.
Celebrity’s continued growth
Founded in 2009, BandWagon is known for its BandWagon RV, a cost-effective alternative to luxury tour buses designed for artists performing at smaller venues. The company’s leadership team, including Founder Marvin Clarke and President Jeremy Clarke, will remain with the newly integrated operation.
“We’re excited to join forces with Celebrity and Allied Industrial Partners,” said Jeremy Clarke. “Our missions align perfectly, and we look forward to helping expand this platform.”
The deal marks Celebrity’s third acquisition since Allied Industrial Partners invested in the company in early 2024.

Founded in 2019, Allied Industrial Partners LLC is a private equity firm founded in 2019 that has grown to have over $1 billion in assets under management. The firm invests in high-growth industrial sectors, including rentals, manufacturing, distribution, environmental services, and critical infrastructure.
“Live entertainment is booming, and demand for reliable, high-quality tour transportation is stronger than ever,” said Bradford Rossi and Philip Wright, co-founders and managing partners at Allied. “This acquisition strengthens Celebrity’s ability to meet that demand and support the touring industry nationwide.”
