Busbud Travelers awards honor Peter Pan, Amtrak, Red Coach

NEW YORK  — Ground travel booking platform Busbud has named Peter Pan Bus Lines, Amtrak, and Red Coach among the winners of its inaugural United States Travelers’ Best Awards, recognizing operators that received the highest customer ratings in 2025.

The awards are based on thousands of verified traveler reviews submitted by customers who booked trips through Busbud last year. Reviews evaluated operators on factors including punctuality, amenities, and customer service.

Peter Pan Bus Lines received the program’s top honor, the “Best of the Best” award, for its service across the Northeast. Busbud said the company consistently scored highly for reliability and passenger comfort along major regional routes.
