All Aboard America expands leadership team to support expected growth

All Aboard America Holdings, the second-largest motorcoach operator in the United States, has expanded its executive leadership team as it prepares for continued growth, the company announced.

The changes at the company, a subsidiary of global transport operator Kelsian Group, follow the April 2025 appointment of Brent Maitland as CEO. Maitland brought international transportation experience to the company as it scales its multi-brand operations nationwide, responding to increased demand for private mobility and charter services, as well as larger contract opportunities.

As part of the restructuring, Shawn Davis is chief operating officer for charter operations, and Casey Collier is vice president of business development. Both assumed their roles last year.

Hany Yared has been promoted to chief financial officer.

The company also created a new role, vice president of commercial operations, appointing Trisha Fridrich to oversee an integrated commercial function that includes marketing, sales operations, pricing strategy, and contract management.

Fridrich said the role is designed to improve decision-making speed, reduce risk in complex deals, and maintain margins as the company grows. She will also lead due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and serve as a key contact for potential business partners.

Maitland said the leadership changes are intended to support long-term growth across its portfolio of transportation brands.

All Aboard America Holdings operates more than 1,000 vehicles and employs over 1,500 workers across several states, including California, Texas, and Louisiana. The company provides charter services for clients ranging from schools and tour operators to corporate and government partners.
