ABC launches FleetForward to simplify maintenance for bus operators

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — ABC Companies has introduced a new program aimed at easing the service and maintenance burden for fleet operators. The initiative, called ABC FleetForward, was launched July 22 and is designed to help companies reduce downtime, streamline maintenance, and better manage operating costs.

The program is led by Gage Kelly, who was recently promoted to national service sales manager. Kelly says the initiative reflects ABC’s customer-first approach to tackling common industry challenges such as rising maintenance costs and coordinating multiple service vendors.

“ABC FleetForward is designed to simplify fleet maintenance through a turnkey solution that keeps vehicles on the road and allows operators to focus on what matters most—delivering reliable service to their passengers,” Kelly said.

FleetForward offers flexible plans customized to fleet size, vehicle type, and operational goals. Services include mobile support, routine inspections, mid-life overhauls, and refurbishments, all integrated under one program. Key features include dedicated account support, transparent pricing, and performance reporting to help with planning and cost control.

The process begins with a discovery call, followed by a fleet assessment to evaluate maintenance needs and desired outcomes. ABC then delivers a data-driven report and a tailored maintenance plan, with no initial commitment required.

“Fleet managers should not have to act as mechanics, schedulers, and vendor coordinators all at once,” Kelly says. “This is a consultative, partner-based approach. We work side by side with our customers to design a program that fits their operation.”

Drew Siciliano, ABC’s senior vice president of sales and marketing, says the program builds on the company’s mission to simplify fleet management and improve uptime.

“ABC FleetForward reflects our continued investment in services that support uptime, streamline maintenance, and bring predictability to fleet operations,” says Siciliano. “It’s a natural extension of how we work: collaboratively and consultatively, with the customer’s success always in mind.”
