ABC Companies has announced several significant leadership changes within its senior executive team.
Chuck Carns, Chief Financial Officer and member of the ABC Companies’ Board of Directors, will be transitioning to an advisory role as he prepares for retirement. While he will be stepping down from his CFO duties this summer, he will continue to serve as a Strategic Business Advisor through the end of 2024.
Kelly Klein, who has been with ABC Companies for 10 years, is being promoted to Chief Financial Officer.
Jay Oakman has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Oakman has 20 years at ABC Companies.
John Gillis has been appointed President of ABC Companies Parts Source. Gillis has 24 years at ABC Companies, and his new role is a result of the growth and success of ABC Companies Parts Source.
